All-in-One Client Management Software
Dubsado is a complete business management solution that allows you to schedule appointments, create workflows to streamline your business and connect your email, calendar, and payment processor to keep everything in one place and even track leads, set financial goals and generate reports. It's not cheap ($35+ per month) which is we don't recommend it for new coaches. Focus on acquiring clients first before you streamline your business!

It's super simple and intuitive to use so you'll spend less time on paperwork and more time coaching clients. We love their automation features for tasks like invoicing, organizing expenses and client follow-up.
Forms & Questionnaire Tool
We love Typeform because it allows you to create beautiful client application and feedback forms completely for free (their free plan offers all the features you need).
Calendly is your new personal assistant. Simply sync your calendar and decide on open time slots for coaching and sales calls and let your clients book a slot without the back and forth.
Video Call Software
Zoom is a video conference software that allows you to record your calls, share your screen and all the other good stuff. You can even host webinars or video calls with multiple people. It's audio and video quality is better than Skype and Google Hangout - even when your internet connection is weak. Also, your clients can dial in from their phone as well.
Stripe is one of the easiest ways to send invoices and accept global payments online without any other tools or a website. The invoices look professional and you can even create subscriptions so invoices and reminders are sent automatically to your clients each month.
Keeping your client's data and session notes is highly important as a coach. Thus, you need to make sure all your documents are stored safely. LastPass helps you do that by storing all your passwords in one vault.
